- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, lobby, and common spaces.
- Assist with luggage services and valet coordination as needed.
- Process payments accurately and maintain proper documentation for all transactions.
- Stay updated on local events, attractions, and restaurant recommendations to assist guests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
