Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences using Opera PMS
- Handle reservation modifications and room assignments with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly using LEAP service standards
- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Upsell premium room categories and hotel amenities
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of NYC attractions and transportation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication skills in English; Spanish/Chinese a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic mathematical aptitude for financial transactions
- Valid NYC Food Protection Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
