Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and guest inquiries
- Handle guest requests efficiently (concierge services, transportation, dining reservations)
- Manage billing processes and payment transactions accurately
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and events
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams for seamless operations
- Utilize hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio) for reservations and guest data
- Ensure lobby and public areas maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel front desk or customer service role
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS)
- Strong communication skills with multilingual abilities preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Fort Worth tourism and local attractions
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification a plus
- Valid Texas driver's license (required for airport shuttle duties)
