Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional greetings and efficient check-in/check-out services for guests.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and reservations with accuracy and a friendly demeanor.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area and lobby space.
- Assist with concierge services, including local attraction recommendations and transportation logistics.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or customer service certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
