Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries
- Manage room reservations and optimize occupancy through strategic upselling
- Handle billing transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests promptly
- Utilize hotel management systems (e.g., Opera) for efficient operations
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services as needed
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in luxury/hotel environment
- Proficiency in property management systems and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of Memphis attractions and local services
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (for valet duties)
