Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during check-in/check-out processes
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone/email
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Operate property management systems (Opera/PMS)
- Upsell hotel services and amenities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality/customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with PMS software (Opera preferred)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of San Jose attractions and services
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Valid California driver's license (for airport runs)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
