Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, maintaining a professional and inviting demeanor.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries via email and in-person promptly.
- Handle guest complaints and requests with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest room readiness.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to stand and move around the property for extended periods.
