Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a pristine lobby and common areas to uphold our high standards of cleanliness.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and amenities.
- Handle baggage assistance and valet services as needed.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest concerns promptly.
- Uphold our brand standards through exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and POS terminals.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
