Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest service across front desk, concierge, and valet operations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with precision using Opera property management system
- Resolve guest inquiries and elevate experiences through proactive problem-solving
- Collaborate with housekeeping and F&B teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain immaculate public areas and uphold brand standards in all interactions
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with 100% accuracy
- Support event operations for weddings and corporate functions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, RMS)
- Exceptional communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish/Tagalog highly valued
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record for valet duties
- Strong attention to detail and crisis management abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Current Food Handler/ServSafe certification (or obtain within 30 days)
