Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas with meticulous attention to detail
- Execute deep cleaning protocols including sanitizing high-touch surfaces
- Manage inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies
- Respond promptly to guest requests for turndown service or extra amenities
- Adhere to sustainability practices while maintaining luxury standards
- Collaborate with maintenance teams for room readiness after inspections
- Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced luxury environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning products
