Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized interactions and problem-solving
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas according to brand standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Participate in daily briefings and implement operational improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 6 months in customer service or hospitality role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera/PMS)
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Valid Texas driver's license (for airport shuttle duties if required)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
