Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-in/check-out, guest inquiries, and reservation management
- Assist with housekeeping coordination, room status updates, and maintenance requests
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B) to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas (lobby, restrooms, meeting spaces)
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid California driver's license (if driving required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and drug screening
