Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional guest check-in/check-out services
- Assist with luggage handling and room requests
- Manage reservation inquiries and payment processing
- Maintain clean, organized lobby and common areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Support hotel events and special functions as needed
Qualifications
- No experience required – training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid Texas driver's license (if shuttling required)
