- Provide exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, or food & beverage stations
- Handle reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism
- Maintain pristine cleanliness standards in guest rooms or public areas
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and diplomatically
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
