Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor while answering phones and responding to guest inquiries.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and common hotel spaces.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments with strict attention to detail.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed to ensure a pristine guest environment.
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Uphold all hotel policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience is required; on-the-job training is provided.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
