Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, or housekeeping stations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and attention to detail
- Assist with guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in public areas and guest rooms
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours and shift transitions
- Process payments and operate hotel management systems
- Support event operations and banquet services as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality certification a plus)
- 6+ months customer service or hospitality experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid Georgia driver's license (if driving required for position)
