Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out processes
- Manage room assignments and reservation systems efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby/public areas
- Assist with valet, bell services, and concierge duties
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hospitality/customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Proficiency with basic hotel software systems
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
