We are currently hiring for multiple positions including Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Guest Services.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine presentation of guest rooms and public areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with poise, efficiency, and empathy.
- Support hotel events and catering operations as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties including making beds, dusting, and restocking amenities.
- Uphold the hotel's standards for safety, security, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus but not required.
- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
