Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at the front desk and throughout the property
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes and room assignments Maintain cleanliness and order in public areas (lobbies, hallways, restrooms)
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with empathy
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for smooth operations
- Process payments and manage cash drawer accurately
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- No prior hotel or hospitality experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities
