Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at check-in/check-out and during guest inquiries
- Manage room reservations and coordinate with housekeeping for occupancy status
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Assist with event setup, valet parking, and luggage handling as needed
- Perform daily inspections of public areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to resolve guest concerns promptly
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required - we provide full paid training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
