Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out processes
- Manage room assignments and key distribution efficiently
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and order of lobby/common areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations
- Assist with event setup and guest transportation requests
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid driver's license for airport shuttle duties
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass background check and drug screening
