Responsibilities

- Manage reservation systems and handle phone inquiries professionally
- Assist with basic housekeeping and facility maintenance tasks
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in all public areas
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train everyone!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy
- Must be 18+ years old
- Valid driver's license preferred
