Responsibilities
- Provide warm, efficient front desk service including check-ins/check-outs and guest inquiries
- Assist with luggage handling and room preparation tasks
- Manage reservations and coordinate with housekeeping/food service departments
- Maintain clean, organized lobby areas and common spaces
- Process payments and operate POS systems accurately
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues professionally
- Support event setup and banquet operations as needed
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience requiredâtraining provided!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital tools
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional errands)
