Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out processes
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain guest rooms
- Operate hotel systems (POS, booking software) with training
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
