Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at the front desk and throughout the hotel
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs efficiently using our property management system
- Assist with guest inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain guest room standards
- Manage reservations and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold brand standards and cleanliness protocols
Qualifications
- No prior hotel or customer service experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
