Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all hotel guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Perform daily room cleaning and maintenance to ensure impeccable standards
- Assist with front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Manage inventory of linens, supplies, and amenities for seamless operations
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
- Address guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues when needed
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and cleanliness guidelines
Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including weekends/holidays)
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly
