Responsibilities
- Execute efficient check-in and check-out procedures for guests, including handling credit cards and processing reservations.
- Perform the Night Audit, including balancing financial ledgers, posting charges, and preparing end-of-day reports.
- Monitor hotel security systems and ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and staff.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly via phone, email, or in-person to ensure 5-star service standards.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas during overnight hours.
- Handle cash handling and daily banking deposits with strict accuracy and adherence to company policy.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve guest satisfaction scores and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk, concierge, or customer service role is preferred.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight hours.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform financial calculations accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 25 lbs).
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
