Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and answer any questions regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails efficiently, ensuring all inquiries are resolved promptly.
- Operational Support: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints with patience and a solution-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- No Experience Necessary: Previous hotel or customer service experience is not required; we train you!
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to stand for extended periods.
