Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-in/check-out, guest inquiries, and reservation management
- Deliver outstanding customer service across all hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance, concierge)
- Process payments, manage cash handling procedures, and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest experiences during shift transitions
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail in room preparation and public area cleanliness
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- Participate in safety protocols and emergency response procedures as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid California driver's license (for valet positions)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Food Handler's Certificate (training provided if needed)
