Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-ins, check-outs, and guest assistance
- Manage room reservations and coordinate with housekeeping for guest requests
- Handle payment processing and maintain accurate financial records
- Operate hotel systems (PMS, POS) and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams during peak shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 6+ months customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic computer proficiency with hospitality software
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if required for errands)
