Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, concierge, and housekeeping departments
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping team to ensure room readiness standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Operate hotel management systems for reservations and billing
- Collaborate with security team for safety protocols during shifts
- Uphold brand standards in cleanliness and guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Valid Florida driver's license (for valet roles)
