Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, check-in/check-out, and concierge stations
- Manage room inventory and coordinate housekeeping schedules across shifts
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Collaborate with security team to ensure property safety protocols
- Prepare shift reports and maintain detailed guest documentation
- Assist with event setup and venue management for in-house functions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years hotel or customer service experience
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Basic knowledge of Philadelphia attractions and transportation
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (if required for shuttle duties)
