Responsibilities
- Provide personalized recommendations for attractions, dining, and entertainment in Long Beach
- Coordinate transportation arrangements and tour bookings
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and local knowledge
- Process guest requests efficiently through hotel systems
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams for seamless service
- Assist with VIP guest arrivals and special occasion requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep knowledge of Long Beach attractions and events
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera preferred)
- Multilingual capabilities a plus
- Valid California driver's license
