Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest assistance with local recommendations, reservations, and transportation arrangements
- Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with a warm and professional demeanor
- Process check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams to resolve guest requests
- Assist with VIP guest services and special event coordination
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for hotel amenities and local experiences
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Austin attractions, events, and seasonal happenings
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a service-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (for shuttle service)
- Basic computer literacy and multilingual skills a plus
