Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software.
- Provide accurate information regarding local attractions, dining, and hotel amenities.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Process payments and manage cash registers with strict accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or reception is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong communication skills and a polished, professional appearance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
