Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest assistance with local recommendations, dining reservations, and transportation arrangements
- Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and front desk teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Process guest requests using hotel management software (Opera PMS experience preferred)
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Sacramento attractions, events, and cultural offerings
- Handle guest complaints with empathy and resolve issues promptly
- Contribute to daily team briefings and service improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in multitasking and problem-solving under pressure
- Valid California driver's license (for valet coordination)
- Basic computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite
- Spanish language proficiency highly desirable
- Positive attitude and passion for exceeding guest expectations
