Responsibilities
- Provide personalized recommendations and reservations for dining, entertainment, and attractions
- Manage guest inquiries with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Coordinate transportation arrangements including taxis, rideshares, and airport transfers
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of local events, landmarks, and seasonal activities
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless service
- Utilize hotel management systems to track guest preferences and special requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities a strong plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with NYC tourism landscape preferred
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Basic computer literacy with reservation software experience
