Responsibilities
- Provide personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and attractions in Chicago
- Manage guest requests including transportation, reservations, and special arrangements
- Process check-ins/checkouts efficiently with our property management system
- Resolve guest inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and feedback
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Knowledge of Chicago landmarks and attractions
- Valid Illinois driver's license (for va duties)
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
