Your Role
You will be the face of our hotel, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. We provide full training, so no prior hotel experience is necessary—just bring your great attitude and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes with efficiency and professionalism.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, processing payments, and handling inquiries.
- Ensure the lobby and common areas are pristine, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Assist with housekeeping duties, including room preparation and inventory checks as needed.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and restaurant teams to fulfill guest dining requests and special arrangements.
- Maintain a positive attitude and resolve guest concerns swiftly to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols of the hotel.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- No prior hospitality experience is required; on-the-job training is provided.
