Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with precision and efficiency
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Resolve guest complaints promptly with solution-oriented approach
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet services
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Utilize hotel management software (Opera/PMS) effectively
- Upsell premium rooms, dining packages, and local experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera/PMS preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of Fresno attractions and local services
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- Valid California driver's license (for valet duties)
- Fluency in English; bilingual (Spanish) highly desirable
