Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and a smile.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation options in San Francisco.</li><li>Maintain a pristine lobby area, ensuring the front desk and common areas reflect the high standards of our brand.</li><li>Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions with strict adherence to company policies.</li><li>Assist with luggage handling and coordinate valet services as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.</li><li>Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to promptly address guest requests and room issues.</li><li>Handle confidential guest information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education in hospitality or business is a plus.</li><li>Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.</li><li>Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (PMS).</li><li>Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.</li><li>Fluency in English; bilingual candidates are highly valued.</li></ul>
