Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival to ensure a memorable first impression.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate department promptly.
- Maintain a pristine lobby and common areas to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and aesthetics.
- Handle guest complaints or requests with empathy and resolve issues to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Support special events and private functions by assisting with setup, service, and breakdown.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects when necessary.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and attention to detail.
