Responsibilities
- Provide warm and professional greetings to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department promptly.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed to ensure property standards.
- Handle guest requests and complaints with patience and a problem-solving attitude.
- Learn and adhere to all hotel safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills are a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
