Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service at front desk, concierge, or food service stations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and resolve guest inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols during all shifts
- Assist with event setup and special guest requests
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid food handler certification (if assigned food service role)
