Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, check-ins/check-outs, and during concierge operations
- Manage room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping for seamless turnarounds
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with solution-oriented mindset
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Collaborate across departments during peak hours and special events
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures

Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
