Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service during assigned shifts (front desk, housekeeping, or food service)
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using hotel management systems
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas to brand standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Adhere strictly to safety, hygiene, and company protocols
- Support inventory management and basic reporting duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency with POS systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Prior hotel, restaurant, or customer service experience
- Valid Pennsylvania food handler's license (if food service role)
