Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during assigned shifts (front desk, housekeeping, or food service)
- Perform efficient check-in/check-out procedures and manage guest inquiries
- Maintain pristine room cleanliness and public area standards
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours
- Complete shift reports and maintain detailed documentation
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's Certificate (for food service roles)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Punctuality and reliability essential
