Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during assigned shifts (front desk, housekeeping, or concierge)
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel systems
- Maintain cleanliness and operational standards in public areas or guest rooms
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist with inventory management and supply replenishment
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age with flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn hotel systems
- Physical stamina for extended standing/walking and lifting up to 25 lbs
