Responsibilities
- Assist in the smooth check-in and check-out process for guests, ensuring a welcoming arrival and departure experience.
- Manage the front desk operations during assigned shifts, including answering phones, processing reservations, and handling inquiries.
- Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, public areas, and assigned hotel sections.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and property upkeep.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, safety regulations, and brand standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with property management systems (PMS).
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift moderate weights when necessary.
