Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Manage room assignments and coordinate with housekeeping staff
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Respond to guest requests and resolve service issues promptly
- Monitor hotel security systems and report suspicious activities
- Collaborate with valet, bell, and security teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera)
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Must be 21+ years old (required for alcohol service certification)
